South African Delivery
We currently deliver to South African addresses only. We are not able to ship internationally or to addresses outside of South Africa.
Standard Delivery
3-5 business days · R95.00 flat rate · Free on orders over R1,500
Available to all major urban areas and most rural destinations via our courier partners. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Pick-up (Hermanus Only)
Free · Collect from ProActive Fitness, Hermanus
Select Pick-up at checkout to collect your order directly from ProActive Fitness in Hermanus at no charge. We will email you once your order is ready for collection.
These are the only two delivery options available at checkout - Standard Delivery (R95.00) or Pick-up in Hermanus.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your delivery on our courier's website. You can also view your order status in your order history when logged in.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier will typically leave a notification card and attempt redelivery. If a parcel is not collected or redelivery is not arranged within 5 business days, it may be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
