Returns & Refunds

Our Promise

We offer a 30-day returns window on all full-price items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll accept a return for a full refund or exchange - no questions asked, provided items are returned in their original condition.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• In original packaging with all tags attached.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked as Final Sale or clearance.
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration.
• Intimate wear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons).

How to Return

To initiate a return, email us at admin@eleganceinstyle.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a prepaid return label (for South African orders).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We currently process exchanges as a return + new order. Return your item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or colour. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at admin@eleganceinstyle.co.za with photos of the issue. We will arrange collection and replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns (change of mind), the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility unless a prepaid label has been provided. For faulty or incorrect items, Elegance covers all return shipping costs.
